1. day
Mombasa – Tsavo East Nationalpark (130 km)

In the early morning we expect you at your beach hotel. Guests from the South Coast come home to a coffee at Shelly Beach, for guests from the North Coast it would be too much of a detour. The distance of about 130 km to the park entrance is up to a few kilometers in good condition. After a short coffee break you will reach the Buchuma Gate - the first gateway to Tsavo East from Mombasa. The subsequent game drive will take you through the Ndarara Plains to the Aruba Dam, where antelopes, zebras, buffalos and many other animals serve as potions. Surely you have already discovered the famous red elephants of Tsavo, who powder themselves with laterite colored earth to protect themselves against the burning sun and bothersome vermin. With a little luck, your driver may have tracked down lions, a leopard or cheetah at this time. You continue your tour, driving along the Voi River, to the camp where lunch will be taken. Then you have some time to relax before the next game drive through the largest national park in Kenya, around 16 clock on the program.

Dinner and overnight at Tarhi Eco Camp, or at Ndololo Camp.

2. day
Tsavo East - Tsavo Tsavo East  ( Galana River 55 km )

Today, you'll have the shortest route on your safari, and the opportunity to decide on a morning stalk will be discussed with your driver. After breakfast at the camp, say goodbye and drive through the seemingly endless thornbush savannah to another part of the vast area. Your destination is the papyrus and palm fringed Galana River - the second largest river in Kenya. Toward the north, the landscape becomes drier and drier, before some small gallery forests announce the river. In the shadow of many Dumpalmen is the Epiya Chapeyu Camp, right on the banks of the Galana River, with great views of the Yatta Plateau, the longest plateau in the world. With a little luck, the house elephant Tusker will pay you a visit to the camp, but please do not try to pet him and please do not go swimming in the river, even if you do not see them immediately, crocodiles and hippos are abundant. Dinner and overnight at Epiya Chapeyu Camp.

3. day
Tsavo East – Amboseli   ( 350 km )

After breakfast, continue to Amboseli National Park today. First, your game drive will take you to Manyani Exit, where you will leave Tsavo East. On good developed road you drive direction Nairobi, at the small place Emali you leave the main road and drive now also on a new created runway through Masailand in the direction of Amboseli national park. First, your driver will take you to the camp, as lunch is already waiting for you. Around 4.00 pm, your driver awaits you for the next tour, a game drive through dry plains and swampy wetlands. The Amboseli is the smallest national park in Kenya, it accommodates more than 50 mammal species. Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Safari Camp, or Kibo Camp.

4. day
Amboseli – Amboseli

After a cup of coffee or tea today is a commendable early game - which should start at 6.30 clock. At this time you not only have the best chance of experiencing the summit of the snow-capped Kilimanjaro and its neighbors Mawenzi cloudless, but you can also look forward to terrific wildlife viewing. Then we bring you to the camp, for the deserved breakfast. After breakfast, you drive directly back to the park with your packed lunch on board. As there are no affordable small lodges or camps in the Amboseli and he is the most visited park, we try to avoid mass tourism. When most of the guests leave the park and drive to the lodge for lunch, you will take your lunch in the park. You stay in the park until about 3:30 pm and when the masses return to the park around 4:00 pm, you drive to the camp and can enjoy the camp and the pool in peace, almost for you alone. End the eventful day with a fascinating sunset over the flat savannah. Food and accommodation At Sentrim Safari Camp, or Kibo Camp.

5. day
Amboseli – Tsavo West  ( 100 km )

In the morning after breakfast you say goodbye to the Sentrim Safari Camp and leave the Amboseli. Your destination is Tsavo West, which you reach after just a few kilometers. The first game drive takes you across one of the most scenic parks in Kenya. Surely you have already discovered the famous red elephants of the Tsavo who powder themselves with laterite colored earth. Your journey will take you through a fascinating bush landscape with mountains and dormant volcanic cones. Continue through the rocky Rhino Valley and up the steep road to Chaimu Lava. From here you can discover the highest mountain of the continent on the horizon with a clear view. Later, you will reach the crystal-clear springs of Mzima Springs. In this small oasis in the midst of palm trees and acacias, you will see hippos and crocodiles up close for a 30-minute tour. After lunch at your lodge, you will have time to rest before your next observation tour starts around 3:30 pm. Your target is the Rhino Sanctuary, which opens its doors punctually at 4:00 pm. After a 2 hour and hopefully successful stalk you will drive back to the lodge and prepare for your dinner. Dinner and overnight at the Rhino Valley Lodge.

Just in time for lunch, you will reach your present, eco-style lodge, 1160 meters high, high up on the Mwashoti mountain, with an unbeatable panorama. You get the round huts overlooking the so-called Serengeti Plain, Kilimanjaro, the North Pare Mountains and the Usambara Mountains. The adjacent, private protected areas Lualenyi and the former Hilton Park, can be visited with lately. In the afternoon a small guided hike awaits you followed by a hopefully spectacular sunset.

Dinner and overnight at Lion Bluff Camp (formerly Lion Rock Safari Camp) or at Saltlick Lodge.

7. day
Lumo Sanctuary – Mombasa  ( 220 km )

After a terrific sunrise and breakfast in the lodge you will end your stay in the reserve and drive to the park exit.
